BIM Coordinator - MEP and Structure & Architecture
· Location: Delhi NCR
· Experience: 6+ Years
. Education: B.Tech. – Mechanical / Electrical
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of BIM workflows and support their implementation across the project lifecycle for MEP, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
- Manage and coordinate BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud for document control, model sharing, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Review and interpret BIM models (MEP, Structural, and Architectural) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Create, update, and manage discipline-specific models using Autodesk Revit (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural systems).
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, identifying and resolving conflicts across MEP, Architectural, and Structural models.
- Prepare and maintain drawings, layouts, and detailed deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with internal teams (MEP, Architecture, Structure) to ensure seamless model integration and alignment.
- Support client coordination by preparing BIM presentations, resolving design queries, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in tracking and closing coordination issues.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and timely delivery of BIM outputs.
Project Experience
- Hands-on experience in Residential and Hospitality (Hotel) projects, with strong exposure to BIM modelling and coordination across disciplines.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM environments integrating Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
- Proven ability to support design coordination and model-based project delivery using BIM platforms.
