We’re hiring: BIM Coordinator – MEPF
Role details:
→ Location: Mangalore
→ Experience: 6–10 years
→ Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
What we’re looking for:
→ Strong experience in MEPF Revit modeling and coordination
→ Ability to manage LOD 300–400 models for buildings, industrial sheds, and tank complexes
→ Expertise in coordinating process piping, industrial cabling, equipment clearances, and maintenance access
→ Hands-on experience in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage
→ Ability to coordinate with Structural and Process teams to solve routing issues before site execution
→ Understanding of P&IDs and the ability to convert design intent into accurate 3D models
→ Experience preparing shop drawings, sleeve drawings, BWIC information, and RFIs
Software proficiency:
→ Autodesk Revit – MEP
→ Navisworks Manage
→ Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
→ AutoCAD
