We are currently seeking a BIM Consultant - Electrical to join our Buildings, MEP team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and co-create some of the most prestigious building projects in Scandinavia.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Drive standardization and best practices in BIM modelling and project delivery workflows.
- Promote continuous improvement in automation tools, software utilization, and BIM methodologies across projects and regional teams.
- Apply strong engineering knowledge and coordination expertise within multidisciplinary BIM environments.
- Coordinate with BIM Managers, Discipline Leads, and BIM Coordinators to deliver high-quality BIM models aligned with project standards.
- Lead cross-disciplinary BIM coordination and resolve complex modelling and drafting challenges effectively.
- Manage BIM datasets, model health, and daily model maintenance to ensure compliance with project standards, quality, and budget requirements.
- Mentor and guide BIM team members by providing technical support, modelling expertise, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize BIM workflows using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, IFC, and related platforms while ensuring full QA compliance in coordination with Discipline Leads and BIM Managers.

Moreover, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8–12 years of experience in multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Strong expertise in Revit MEP, Navisworks/Solibri, and AutoCAD for BIM coordination and modelling.
- Proven capability in leading BIM modelling teams for electrical systems and building services projects.
- Experienced in managing multiple BIM assignments across concurrent projects effectively.
- Hands-on experience with BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments.
- Knowledge of Dynamo and Python scripting for BIM automation and workflow enhancement.
- Skilled in implementing BIM standards, developing BIM content, and improving modelling practices for electrical systems.
- Capable of preparing quantity take-offs and conducting quality checks across all submission stages.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective in planning, prioritizing, and guiding team deliverables while driving efficiency and quality improvements.
