Design2Occupancy Services LLP is seeking a talented and motivated BIM MEP Engineer to join our team. As a BIM Engineer/Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing digital representations of our construction projects to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Designation: Consultant (1- Mechanical, 1- Electrical)
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering.
Required Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in BIM MEP.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Design, Develop and maintain detailed 3D MEP BIM models to up-to LOD 500 for construction projects using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other relevant BIM tools.
· Design and oversee the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
· Design and oversee electrical distribution systems, including lighting, power, and emergency systems.
· Design and oversee plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models to reflect the actual physical construction.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to integrate and coordinate various design and construction disciplines within the BIM environment.
· Facilitate clash detection and resolution to minimize conflicts during construction.
· Develop/Manage BIM Execution Plans, Quality Management Plan & Cobie Spreadsheets along with Drawing Register
· Manage and update project data in the BIM model, including construction schedules, quantities (5D BIM), and cost information (4D Phasing & Scheduling).
· Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
· Produce construction documentation, such as drawings and reports, based on the BIM model.
· Provide guidance and training to project team members on BIM software and processes.
· Offer technical support and troubleshoot BIM-related issues during project execution.
· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BIM technologies to implement best practices and improve workflows. Example - but is not limited to Digital Twin, Scan to BIM, BMS, Matterport, etc.
· Suggest innovative approaches to streamline project delivery and increase efficiency.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as a MEP Engineer with design knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Services.
- Proven experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes and project management principles is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication
