Job Overview :-
We are seeking an experienced BIM Architecture Coordinator with a strong background in handling international projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing BIM coordination workflows, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities :-
Coordinate architectural BIM models and project documentation
Communicate with international clients to understand requirements and resolve coordination issues
Manage clash coordination, model reviews, and design updates
Track markups, revisions, and deliverables as per project timelines
Ensure adherence to BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client guidelines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless coordination
Requirements:-
Experience working on international BIM architectural projects
Strong knowledge of BIM coordination processes
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple deliverables
