Role Description
We are seeking BIM Architects with 1 to 3 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this role, you will manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings, oversee submittals, and collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient and accurate outputs. You will also participate in design processes and ensure alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and understanding of Architectural Drawings
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows
- Experience in developing Construction Drawings and handling Submittals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
