Job Title: BIM Architect (LOD 500 Specialists)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven BIM Architect with strong expertise in developing models up to LOD 500 level. The candidate should have practical experience in real estate / architectural projects and be capable of handling end-to-end BIM coordination, model accuracy, and site integration.
Job Title: Senior Architect (Execution & PMC Focus)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly practical and execution-oriented Senior Architect who can lead working drawings, site execution, and coordination across projects, especially in hilly terrain developments. The role demands strong technical depth, on-site decision-making capability, and a PMC-driven approach to project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- experience in real estate / hospitality / residential projects.
- Strong expertise in working drawings and site execution.
- Hands-on experience in hilly or contoured site projects is highly preferred.
- Strong coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.
Software Skills:
- AutoCAD (mandatory – strong command).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and basic visualization tools.
- Familiarity with BIM/Revit is an added advantage.
- PMC Advantage (Preferred Experience).
- Experience working with or alongside a Project Management Consultant (PMC).
- Understanding of project scheduling, coordination protocols, and reporting systems.
- Exposure to cost monitoring, timelines, and execution workflows.
- Ability to function in a structured, process-driven environment.

- Practical, execution-first approach.
- Leadership ability to manage teams and consultants.
