Job Title: BIM Architect – US Projects (Revit)
Location: Gurugram (Onsite)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: B.Arch
We are looking for a BIM Architect with strong hands-on experience in Revit modelling and architectural documentation to support US-based building projects. The ideal candidate should have experience developing BIM models, construction drawings, plans, sections, and elevations while working closely with senior architects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop BIM models and architectural drawings using Revit.
* Prepare construction documentation independently.
* Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
* Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards and timelines.
* Support design execution for US-based projects.
Required Skills:
* 4–8 years of BIM Architecture experience.
* Strong hands-on expertise in Revit (mandatory).
* Experience in architectural detailing and construction documentation.
* Exposure to US/international projects is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of US building codes (IBC/ADA) is an added advantage.
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is desirable.
