MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Architectural BIM modeling. A stable career history with no excessive job-hopping is strictly required.
- Education: B.Arch / M.Arch degree only. (Strictly No Diploma Holders or Civil Engineering backgrounds).
- Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following platform-verified workflows: BIM Modeling, Worksharing, Family Creation, and Clash Coordination.
- Software/Tools: Working proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with international client teams.
- Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Gurgaon. Willingness to travel/be deputed to local or overseas offices if required.
Position Overview
The BIM Architect will support cross-functional project teams by developing, reviewing, and optimizing high-quality Building Information Models for international commercial and high-rise construction projects. This role ensures flawless execution of BIM deliverables from pre-construction through the hand-off phase while strictly adhering to defined BIM execution plans.
Core Responsibilities
- [BIM Modeling & Execution]: Execute high-accuracy architectural 3D modeling and detailing in Revit Architecture based on project specifications.
- [Quality Control & Compliance]: Review and verify model quality, ensuring strict adherence to project BIM standards (fonts, dimensions, line styles, levels, and layers).
- [Clash Detection & Coordination]: Utilize Navisworks and AutoCAD to identify, analyze, and resolve spatial clashes before construction phases.
- [Deliverable Management]: Produce and manage structural BIM deliverables within scheduled timelines as outlined in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- [Documentation & Sharing]: Set up collaborative worksharing environments, handle family creation components, and maintain clear document control records.
