Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, producing architectural and construction drawings, and coordinating designs to ensure compliance with project requirements. They will also work closely with multidisciplinary teams to prepare submittals and develop creative, efficient, and sustainable architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software
- Experience in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
- Ability to develop and coordinate Submittals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in New Delhi is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
