Company Description
Sthapati Associates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our New Delhi office. The selected candidate will play a key role in architectural design development and project coordination using Building Information Modeling (BIM). This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery across diverse projects, including large-scale infrastructure and airport developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate architectural designs using BIM tools, primarily Revit.
- Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings in line with project requirements.
- Create, manage, and review BIM models to ensure design accuracy and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Prepare and review architectural submittals, shop drawings, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Ensure all drawings and models comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Assist in resolving design and coordination issues across various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Utilize BIM Collaborate Pro, Navisworks, and associated software for clash detection and coordination to deliver clash-free models.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (mandatory).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a BIM Architect.
- Proven experience working on airport or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in BIM and architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools.
- Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and BIM workflows.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
