Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM Architect role based in Hyderabad. The BIM Architect will develop and manage detailed architectural and construction drawings within BIM platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements and design standards. Responsibilities include coordinating models across disciplines, preparing and reviewing submittals, and supporting the design team with 3D visualization and clash detection. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors, maintaining BIM documentation and workflows, and supporting project delivery from concept through construction. The BIM Architect is expected to adhere to quality and compliance standards, contribute to process improvements, and support clear communication among all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to interpret and develop architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design coordination and documentation.
- Experience creating and managing detailed construction drawings and related documentation.
- Ability to prepare, review, and track submittals, ensuring alignment with design and project specifications.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Experience with industry-standard BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to design quality and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices; residential or community development experience is an advantage.
