Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a BIM Architect based in Pune City. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, developing architectural and construction drawings, reviewing submittals, and ensuring project deliverables are met with precision. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with team members to optimize design processes and maintain industry standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in tools related to architectural design and modeling
- Strong skills in developing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Experience in handling Submittals for review and approvals
- Solid understanding of Architecture and its application in construction projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools like Autodesk Revit and CAD
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure design industry is a plus
