Job Description – BIM Architect
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience: 2–4 years (US/Canada project exposure preferred)
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to
develop and coordinate accurate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEPF
disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
● Convert 2D drawings, point cloud data, and sketches into accurate models.
● Coordinate with architects, engineers, and BIM teams for smooth project execution.
● Perform clash detection and model coordination (knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks
preferred).
● Ensure compliance with BIM standards and maintain organized project documentation.
● Apply understanding of U.S. building codes (IBC, ADA, NFPA, local state codes) in model
development and documentation.
Skills Required
● 2+ years of BIM modeling experience.
● Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
● Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
● Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Rhino is a plus.
● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
