Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect based in Thane, Mumbai. Responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, developing architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and ensuring project deliverables meet required standards. In addition, the role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure accuracy in designs.
🚀 We’re Hiring: Architects (2–6 Years Experience)
We are looking for Architects with strong BIM expertise to work on Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects.
🔹 Requirements
- 2–6 years of architectural experience
- Minimum 1 year of US project experience (mandatory)
- Revit proficiency (mandatory)
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Archicad knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of IBC codes & ADA standards
- Basic understanding of MEPF coordination
- Strong documentation and detailing skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D architectural BIM models in Revit
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings
- Manage documentation and revisions
- Ensure compliance with US codes and standards
- Coordinate with MEPF, structure, clients, and consultants
- Senior level: Lead projects and mentor junior architects
