Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Chennai. The BIM Architect will oversee the development and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring coordination between architectural and construction teams. The role includes creating and managing architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. The BIM Architect will collaborate across teams to ensure efficient project execution and compliance with design and project standards.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- can be Either Architect or Civil engineer
- Looking for candidates only upto 3 years of Experience
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture, including design and planning
- Experience creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects
- Skilled in developing detailed Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Hands-on experience with Submittals and project documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in technical documentation
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit or similar software
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in construction projects and understanding of building codes and regulations is a plus
