Camellia Buildtech is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about architecture, BIM workflows, and innovative design execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural BIM models using industry-standard software
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, working drawings, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and delivery
• Support design development, visualization, and drafting tasks
• Ensure project standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks are maintained
• Collaborate on real-world international projects across diverse sectors
Required Skills:
• B.Arch degree is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM processes
• Understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional environment
• Basic understanding of project coordination is an advantage
