🔷 Hiring: BIM Architect | Gurgaon / Jaipur / Mohali / Alwar / Ahmedabad | 4–8 Years Experience
We are looking for a BIM Architect to join our team, someone who thinks like an architect and executes like a BIM specialist.
Eligibility (strict):
✅ B.Arch or M.Arch only (Accredited professional degree in Architecture)
What you'll do:
- Prepare and modify complex implementation documents and drawings using strong architectural principles and advanced techniques
- Lead planning work and develop solutions to technical and design detail problems with limited guidance
- Review implementation documents prepared by the architectural team
- Collaborate on project schedules and coordinate with the team to meet deadlines
- Execute deliverables per scope of services and fivD's quality standards
- Validate code and zoning compliance for assigned project segments
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors on RFIs, clarifications, and approvals
- Prepare and present client-facing design concepts and drawings
- Participate in team/consultant coordination meetings and document minutes as needed
- Support on-site visits and field reviews as required
What we're looking for:
- B.Arch / M.Arch degree (mandatory)
- 4–8 years hands-on experience
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and BIM Workflow
- Experience with Navisworks, and 3D tools like Rhino/Grasshopper preferred
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign a plus
- Strong understanding of building codes, QA/QC processes, and architectural systems
- Sustainable design accreditation preferred
- International project exposure (US/UK/Middle East/Europe) strongly preferred
- Strong client communication and multi-project management skills,
