🚨 Now Hiring | BIM Architect – Hospitality Interiors (UAE Projects)

Artcube Studio is growing its BIM team and looking for a highly driven BIM Architect with strong hospitality interior experience on UAE-based projects. If you can independently manage client deliverables, take full responsibility for drawings, and work confidently in a fast-paced international environment—this role is for you.
🔧 Key Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Develop and manage BIM models for hospitality interior projects (Hotels, Resorts, Fine Dining, Luxury Spaces)
✅ Prepare and deliver:
Interior fit-out drawings
Millwork details
Coordination drawings
✅ Ensure accuracy, detailing quality, and compliance with UAE standards & client specifications
✅ Handle client deliverables independently with strict adherence to deadlines
✅ Coordinate with:
Interior designers
MEP, Architecture and Structural teams
Project managers, consultants & site teams
✅ Participate in:
BIM coordination
Clash detection (Navisworks preferred)
Technical reviews & model audits
✅ Take complete ownership of:
Model integrity
Drawing package quality
Timely submissions as per BEP & project milestones

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 2–4 years of hands-on BIM experience in hospitality interior projects
✔ Mandatory experience on UAE-based projects
✔ Strong command over:
Autodesk Revit (Advanced in Interiors)
AutoCAD (basic)
Basic Navisworks (preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of:
Interior detailing & joinery
Ceiling, wall & flooring finishes
Material specifications & BOQs
✔ Deep knowledge of:
LOD standards
BIM workflows
Coordination processes
✔ Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables
✔ Strong communication skills for international client coordination
✔ Excellent time management & accountability
