Role Description
We are seeking a full-time BIM Architect for an in-office role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for little (minimal) to no remote work. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs and construction drawings, implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices, and preparing submittals. The role also includes coordinating with various project stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in plans, and contributing to the successful execution of building and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and the creation of Architectural Drawings
- Proficiency in Revit and Concepts of Building Information Modelling and Management (BIM)
- Experience with Construction Drawings and preparing detailed Submittals
- Knowledge of sustainable and efficient building practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience in infrastructure or retrofit projects is a plus
