Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect with a strong background in 3D modeling, project coordination, and BIM management. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in design, construction documentation, and on-site collaboration. This role requires hands-on involvement with our team in Pune to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed BIM model and other BIM software.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and adherence to project standards.
- Generate construction documentation and assist in clash detection and resolution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize design solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee BIM implementation and ensure project alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM and 3D modeling.
- Computational modelling
- Strong communication skills for team coordination and on-site discussions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
