Techno-Functional Analyst – Design & Integration
Job Summary
We are seeking a tech-savvy professional with expertise in enterprise platform integration,
API-driven workflows, analytics, and digital transformation to support design functions within
large-scale real estate projects. This role demands hands-on capability in REST API integration,
Power BI dashboard development, and cross-platform data orchestration, along with working
familiarity of BIM principles and design/construction processes to contextualize technology
deployments effectively.
Key Responsibility
Design Process & Workflow Analysis
• Map and digitize design workflows from conceptual stage through GFC issuance, translating
process logic into platform configurations, automation triggers, and data schemas.
• Build and maintain structured process maps to visualize workflows, dependencies, and
integration touchpoints across the design program ecosystem.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives by leveraging data from integrated
platforms, translating findings into actionable configuration or automation changes.
Platform Configuration & API Integration
• Configure and manage enterprise construction platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud),
including design collaboration, document management, and data connector modules.
• Design and implement REST API integrations between construction platforms and ERP /
ERP-adjacent systems, documenting data contracts, field mappings, and error-handling logic.
• Manage data synchronization between design platforms and SAP S/4HANA, including item
master linkage, WBS mapping, and automated BOQ data flows via iPaaS middleware
(e.g., MuleSoft, SAP BTP).
• Coordinate with technology vendors, ERP integration teams, and implementation partners on
API specifications, UAT scripts, and defect resolution.
• Maintain integration logs, monitor API health, and proactively triage failures in production
environments across connected platforms.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
• Own end-to-end Power BI report development — from data source connection and data model
design (star schema, DAX measures) through published, role-secured dashboards for design
function KPIs.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that aggregate project data from multiple platforms
(ACC, SAP, P6) into a unified analytics layer, enabling cross-platform performance reporting.
• Monitor data quality, refresh schedules, and alert thresholds; translate analytical findings into
clear recommendations for design and program leadership.
User Enablement & Change Management
• Conduct structured onboarding and capability-building sessions for project teams on digital
tools, API-connected workflows, and Power BI report consumption.
• Gather user feedback, provide ongoing support, and refine tools and processes during scale-up
phases.
• Track platform adoption metrics, usage telemetry, and training completion rates; use data to
design targeted interventions and drive continuous improvement cycles.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, design consultants, contractors, and technology
partners.
• Prepare structured technical status reports on integration health, Power BI adoption, and
platform rollout progress for program leadership.
• Resolve operational issues, escalate technical bugs, and ensure timely closure.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field; candidates
with construction/architecture backgrounds and demonstrable tech upskilling will be considered.
• 4–8 years of experience in enterprise technology implementation, integration, or digital
transformation roles, ideally within real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, BI (data modeling, DAX, Row-Level Security), and
structured process documentation; working knowledge of BIM principles and construction
platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit data structures) is an advantage.
• Proven integration experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP platforms, including
API-based data exchange and field mapping.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex process
logic into technical specifications, data models, and integration designs.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Tech-first, problem-solving mindset; comfortable operating across platforms, APIs, and data
tools with a bias for automation and scalability.
