About the role
We are seeking a versatile and driven Solo B2B Sales Representative who will own and execute our sales strategy from day one. In this role, you will be solely responsible for generating sales and building our revenue pipeline. You'll work closely with the founders to brainstorm, strategize, and execute rapid action plans. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats (Account Manager, Salesperson, and Strategic Advisor), and has a deep understanding of the IT sector.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
2. Business Development: Identify and engage prospective B2B clients within the IT industry to build a robust sales pipeline from a zero-base revenue scenario.
3. Account Management: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the founder to brainstorm and execute creative sales and business strategies in a fast-paced, lean startup environment.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates and adjusting strategies based on performance and market feedback.
