Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Specialist located in Kochi. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete billing process, preparing and tracking invoices, handling client billing, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting and billing procedures. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and efficient billing operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Billing Process and Invoicing
- Proficiency in Client Billing and Accounting with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective Communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with billing software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the digital marketing or IT consulting sector is an advantage
