Spectral Consultants is Hiring | Billing Specialist (Shared Services Accounting)
📍 Location: Bangalore | Hybrid

We are hiring a Billing Specialist for a leading Global Accounting & Tax Advisory Firm with a strong Shared Services setup supporting US operations.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Billing, AR/AP, and Workday, who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and solving complex billing scenarios.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare accurate, timely, and often complex client invoices
✔ Ensure completeness and accuracy of billing data; identify and resolve discrepancies
✔ Analyze billing data and present insights in a clear and structured manner
✔ Handle billing queries, disputes, and escalations effectively
✔ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships
✔ Guide junior team members and independently manage escalations
✔ Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence
✔ Deliver high-quality client service consistently
⭐ Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business (preferred)
✔ 2+ years of experience in Billing / AR / AP / Shared Services
✔ Workday experience is Mandatory
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving & critical-thinking skills
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
✔ Experience in professional services environment is a plus
