Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying and maintaining billing data for accuracy, and handling customer queries related to invoices. The role involves generating financial reports related to billing, collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure accurate billing, tracking accounts receivable transactions, and ensuring adherence to billing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in billing processes, account reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, data entry, and attention-to-detail skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools, such as ERP systems
- Solid organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to address billing-related inquiries
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience working in similar roles, preferably in a corporate or financial environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
