The Job role will involve working with the Leading International Energy Brand . The Suitable Candidate will work with Billing & Settlement department which is the key area of the business. The billing team are responsible for ensuring our customers are billed efficiently and accurately. The area is accountable for processes that ensure effective management of the industry settlements journey.
Designation :- Billing & Settlement Advisor
Roles & Responsibilities :-
The day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Working daily on Billing processes including Billing fails and alerts and resolve billing issues.
- The Billing & Settlement Advisor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer billing and industry settlement data for our B2B customers.
- The role primarily involves investigating and resolving billing and settlement exceptions by managing work queues, analysing account data, and taking appropriate corrective action.
- The advisor will work closely with internal teams and, where required, contact customers to obtain information that improves billing and settlement accuracy, such as obtaining meter readings, validating account information, or explaining billing outcomes resulting from updated consumption data.
- The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of data quality and service.
- Individuals from the Telecom Billing , Utilities and Energy domain will be the most prefered .
