Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Billing & Project Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing cost estimates, managing bills of quantities (BOQ), monitoring project budgets and expenditure, conducting cost planning and reporting, and ensuring project costs align with estimated budgets. The role involves close collaboration with the project and procurement teams to ensure successful project execution within budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Tendering & Billing Experience
- Strong expertise in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Experience of 5-7 Years minimum
