Role Overview
We are looking for a Billing & Operations Executive to manage showroom billing, order tracking, and coordination between showroom and factory operations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with real business operations, not just a desk job.
Key Responsibilities
- Create invoices using billing software (Vyapar)
- Maintain order records in Excel (Order Tracking System)
- Track daily orders, payments, and deliveries
- Coordinate with factory team for production updates
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp
- Ensure accuracy and smooth execution of daily operations
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, filters, simple formulas)
- Comfortable using computers and mobile apps
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible
Preferred
- B.Com / BBA / similar background
- 0–2 years experience in billing / operations / accounts
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
