Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient billing, invoicing, and payment collections
- Supervise billing staff and daily operations
- Ensure accuracy of charges, coding, and documentation
- Handle insurance claims, reimbursements, and denials
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on dues
- Maintain billing records and generate financial reports
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Healthcare Management (MBA preferred)
- Relevant experience in billing or healthcare finance
