Role Description The Account Manager role at Laasena is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the Account Manager will manage client relationships, understand project requirements, and ensure that solutions are aligned with client expectations and technical specifications. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal project and technical teams, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking project milestones, and addressing client queries. The Account Manager will monitor contract performance, support issue resolution, and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project updates. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, account servicing, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in project coordination, documentation, and basic contract or commercial understanding, preferably in infrastructure or construction-related domains.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or project tracking software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site and adapt to technically demanding project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; relevant experience in infra projects is preferred.
