Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing & Logistics Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, including preparing invoices, verifying documentation, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and ensuring timely and accurate billing. The position also handles daily logistics operations, such as coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, managing transport documentation, and supporting import/export activities in line with company procedures. The executive will work closely with the supply chain and sales teams to align dispatch schedules, maintain accurate records in ERP or similar systems, and resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and payments. Day-to-day work includes interacting with customers and logistics partners, addressing queries, providing status updates, supporting credit control activities, and contributing to continuous improvements in billing and logistics efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.
- Practical experience or knowledge in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, including shipment coordination, documentation, and inventory or dispatch workflows.
- Exposure to Sales processes, such as order handling, coordination with the sales team, and understanding of basic commercial terms.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or billing systems; strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments, and familiarity with documentation for transport, taxation, and import/export, is an advantage.
