Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Billing Head to manage end-to-end hospital billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management for a 50-bed hospital in Guntur.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle complete billing operations (IPD/OPD, cash, credit, insurance)
* Manage insurance claims submission, follow-up, and settlements
* Drive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including denials and collections
* Ensure timely payment follow-ups and reconciliation
* Lead and manage billing team performance
* Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and internal departments
* Generate MIS reports, billing analytics, and dashboards
* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency
* Work on hospital HIS systems for billing and reporting
* Manage TPA empanelment and relationships
* Oversee cashless processing and approvals
* Ensure NABH billing compliance and documentation standards
* Monitor and reduce AR (Accounts Receivable) days
* Handle denial management and resubmissions
Required Skills:
* Strong experience in Hospital Billing, Insurance Claims, and RCM
* Expertise in TPA coordination, cashless claims, and AR follow-up
* Hands-on experience with HIS & MIS reporting
* Knowledge of NABH standards and billing compliance
* Team handling and leadership skills
* Good communication and problem-solving ability
Preferred Candidate:
* 10+ years of relevant hospital experience
* Local candidate from Guntur or nearby preferred
* Immediate joiners preferred
Education:
* Graduate (Hospital Administration / Finance preferred)
