Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Head at our Faridabad location. The Billing Head will be responsible for managing all billing activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, supervising billing staff, and overseeing the collection process. The role requires consistent collaboration with other departments to maintain seamless billing workflows and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Accounting and Finance operations, with a focus on healthcare systems
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating billing reports and resolving discrepancies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in billing management, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare billing software and processes is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively
