Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Billing Executive. The Billing Executive will be responsible for handling billing processes, preparing and managing invoices, and ensuring financial records and transactions are accurate. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer queries, maintaining records of payment transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing
- Strong Analytical Skills to ensure accuracy in financial documentation
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and address customer inquiries
- Basic understanding of Finance principles and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in billing and accounting software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
