Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Executive located in Panchkula. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing the billing process, including generating and reviewing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and resolving any discrepancies. This role involves monitoring and analyzing billing data, handling client communications related to invoicing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure efficient and timely billing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Billing Process and ability to generate accurate invoices
- Strong Analytical Skills to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively handling client queries
- Knowledge of Finance and accounting principles
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant billing or accounting software is a plus
- Experience in the poultry or agricultural industry is an advantage
- Relevant diplomas or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
