Timing: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM (Mon to Sat)
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices using Tally (ERP9 / Prime)
- Maintain records of sales, purchase, delivery challans RMA entries
- Coordinate with sales, service, purchase factory teams for smooth billing
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
- Handle GST billing E-invoicing
- Prepare basic reports in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
- Manage dispatch-related communication with clients and internal teams
- Ensure proper documentation for audit compliance
Technical Skills
- Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime (Mandatory)
- GST Billing E-invoicing
- MS Excel (Basic formulas)
- Basic Accounting Reconciliation
- ERP Billing Systems Data Entry Accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in billing / accounts role
- Experience in manufacturing / trading / service industry preferred
- Good coordination communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability
Qualification
- Graduate (Commerce preferred)
