Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Billing Executive role based in Chennai. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing and processing billing activities, generating accurate invoices, and ensuring timely payments. Daily tasks include reviewing financial information, verifying billing accuracy, coordinating with relevant departments for transactional data, and providing customer support for billing inquiries. The role also requires maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements in billing operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Billing Process and proficiency in Invoicing
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Effective Communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Finance concepts and practices
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in using billing or financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Work experience in a similar position or industry is an added advantage
