Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Billing Executive. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing the entire billing process, preparing and issuing invoices, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role will involve financial record-keeping, coordinating with teams to resolve billing discrepancies, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Billing Executive will prepare financial reports, address billing-related inquiries, and support the finance team with related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Billing Processes and experience with preparing and managing invoices
- Proficiency in Finance-related tasks and understanding of maintaining accurate financial records
- Excellent Analytical Skills to ensure precision in billing and problem-solving
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in billing software or tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in billing or a similar financial role is advantageous
