Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Executive, based in Jaipur. The Billing Executive will manage and streamline billing processes, handle invoicing tasks, ensure accurate financial records, and prepare reports. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing client inquiries regarding invoices, and assisting in maintaining comprehensive documentation for audit purposes. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Billing Process and strong knowledge of Invoicing practices
- Solid Analytical Skills to manage data and identify discrepancies effectively
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of Finance and financial documentation
- Proficiency in relevant billing and invoicing tools or software
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment in Jaipur
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is an advantage
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
