Hiring: Facade Billing Engineer

👨‍💼 Experience: 4+ years in Billing
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Civil Engineering
đź’ˇ Skills: Preparing and submitting periodic invoices and final bills based on approved BOQ (Bill of Quantities), site measurements, and structural glazing or cladding drawings.
Billing & Certification: Preparing and submitting periodic invoices and final bills based on approved BOQ (Bill of Quantities), site measurements, and structural glazing or cladding drawings.
Site Coordination: Taking joint measurements with client representatives or principal consultants and tracking the delivery/installation of facade materials like aluminum composite panels (ACP), glass, and steel frames.
Variation & Claim Management: Identifying deviations from the original scope of work and raising claims for extra items, extensions of time (EOT), or price escalation.
Reconciliation: Managing material reconciliation (e.g., tracking the exact consumption of silicone, glass square footage, and aluminum profiles versus what was billed).
Cost Tracking: Collaborating with project teams to ensure cost efficiency, compliance with contract conditions, and regular monitoring of project budgeting.
