Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete billing lifecycle for assigned clients.
- Prepare accurate invoices aligned with media plans, ROs, and campaign data.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (media, account management, finance).
- Handle client communication for billing approvals and query resolution.
- Track billing status, collections, and reconciliations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in billing/finance operations (agency experience preferred).
- Understanding of digital media billing models (CPM, CPC, retainers, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with billing/ERP systems.
