We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing & Estimation Engineer / Executive who can manage both Corporate Office and Site responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, tendering, and commercial documentation.
This role requires frequent travel across India for project site visits, quantity verification, market surveys, and pre-bid inspections.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare detailed BOQs from architectural and structural drawings.
✅ Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.
✅ Perform quantity take-offs and detailed rate analysis.
✅ Prepare item-wise cost estimates and project budgets.
✅ Develop techno-commercial quotations with detailed price breakups.
✅ Collect and analyze material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor rates.
✅ Coordinate with procurement teams for vendor quotations and cost comparisons.
✅ Prepare and verify Client RA Bills, Final Bills, and subcontractor bills.
✅ Maintain measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and billing records.
✅ Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Clients, and Consultants.
✅ Verify executed quantities through regular site visits.
✅ Support tender submissions, commercial negotiations, and cost planning.
✅ Monitor project costs, identify variations, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

- B.Com / M.Com candidates with relevant construction billing and estimation experience are also encouraged to apply.
- 3–8 years of experience in Billing, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Tendering, or Commercial functions within the construction industry.
