Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer - Real Estate, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Billing Engineer will oversee the preparation and verification of bills, maintain records, and ensure the accuracy of calculations associated with project costs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and reviewing construction project data, preparing project estimates, cost planning, and ensuring proper documentation. Engaging and coordinating with project team members and contractors will also form a significant part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with Billing, Estimation, and Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools, along with visualization skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cost-planning abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to liaise with project stakeholders
- Familiarity with compliance and legal standards related to real estate development
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in residential and commercial real estate projects is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain project accuracy
