Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Billing Engineer - Facade. The primary responsibilities include preparing and managing bills of quantities for facade and building envelope projects, analyzing project costs, managing project budgets, and coordinating with design and execution teams. The Billing Engineer will ensure project accuracy and compliance with design specifications and standards while efficiently managing communication between teams and vendors.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Building Envelope and Facade Design
- Strong knowledge in Facade systems and Structural Engineering
- Understanding of Building Physics as it pertains to materials and thermal performance
- Proficiency in budget management and cost analysis
- Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in construction or facade projects is an advantage
