Role Overview
We are looking for a Billing Engineer responsible for updating project billing based on actual site measurements and executed quantities while ensuring commercial accuracy and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Update billing according to actual site measurements and work executed
• Validate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and contractor billing submissions
• Perform quantity verification and rate analysis
• Maintain accurate billing records and cost tracking
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support project commercial monitoring and budget control activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of BoQ management and quantity surveying
• Experience in billing processes and measurement-based billing
• Knowledge of rate analysis and cost evaluation
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Experience in commercial interior or workplace projects is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
