Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Engineer located in Mengio. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analyses, and managing billing systems. The role also includes performing quantity surveying tasks, ensuring accuracy in measurements, and collaborating with project stakeholders to support cost control and financial management for projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform accurate Rate Analysis
- Experience with Billing Systems and related software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and collaborate with a diverse team
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle project complexities
- Prior experience in the healthcare or construction sector is an advantage
