Role Summary
A Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing all project billing activities including client billing, subcontractor billing, and cost tracking, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project progress.

Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Documentation
Prepare RA bills (Running Account bills) and final bills for clients
Prepare and verify subcontractor bills based on site progress
Maintain billing records, abstracts, and supporting documents
Ensure billing is aligned with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and contract terms �
2. Quantity Surveying
Take out quantities from drawings and site measurements
Prepare and update BOQ and material reconciliation statements
Cross-check actual vs billed quantities
3. Cost Control & Analysis
Perform rate analysis and cost estimation
Track project cost vs budget and highlight deviations
Monitor revenue, WIP (Work in Progress), and billing status foundit
4. Coordination
Coordinate with:
Site Engineers
Project Managers
Accounts & Purchase Team
Resolve billing discrepancies and approvals
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with:
Contract agreements
GST and taxation rules
Prepare MIS reports, billing summaries, and financial reports
Support audits and documentation
6. Site Work (Important in Savronik)
Since Savronik Sistem India Private Limited works on tunnel & infrastructure projects, responsibilities may also include:
Site visits for measurement verification
Coordination with electrical/mechanical teams
Ensuring billing matches actual installed systems (lighting, ventilation, etc.)
🔹 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
BOQ & Quantity Surveying
Rate Analysis
Contract Billing
Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma in:
Civil Engineering (preferred)
Electrical / Mechanical (for MEP/tunnel projects)
🔹 Experience
1–5 years (Billing / QS / Construction projects)
