Key Responsibilities
- Handle project billing and invoicing within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with clients for invoice certification and completion of the billing process.
- Coordinate with site teams for billing-related activities.
- Prepare and verify measurement sheets.
- Prepare installation billing plans and track billing progress.
- Update PMS for erection-related activities.
- Review pending erection work against physical stock.
- Identify unused materials and communicate key findings to concerned departments.
- Follow up with clients, consultants, and site teams for invoice certification.
- Prepare and coordinate certification of balance 20% billing sheets.
- Prepare and circulate cost comparison reports and project commercial status.
- Participate in recovery and back-office coordination meetings.
- Share daily billing and commercial status updates.
- Prepare project-wise budgets and track planned vs. actual costs.
- Carry out material quantification from drawings and verify quantities.
- Handle project final reconciliation and commercial closure.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP project billing and commercial processes.
- Good understanding of measurement sheets, material reconciliation, and project costing.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, site teams, and internal departments.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Salary Range: ₹30,000–₹40,000 Gross per month
