Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for handling billing activities, quantity take-offs, reconciliation statements, and coordination using SAP and AutoCAD. The role requires strong technical expertise in construction billing and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Checking, verification, and certification of contractor and vendor bills.
Measurement and qualification of bills in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, and contract terms.
Preparation of quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Preparation and review of reconciliation statements for materials and work executed.
Coordination with site, consultants, and contractors to resolve billing-related discrepancies.
Effective use of SAP for billing, cost tracking, and reporting.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity extraction and drawing review.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
